Wednesday December 22nd, 2010 ULM ALL STARS! ratiopharm Ulm will send four representatives to the 2011 Beko Basketball Bundesliga All Star Day to be played Saturday January 22nd at Trier Arena. ratiopharm Ulm players Robin Benzing and Per Gunther will represent their team at the Bundesliga All Star game January 22nd, 2011 at Trier Arena while Rainer Bauer will coach and Andreas Wenzl will playin the NBBL All Star game! Once again, ratiopharm Ulm will be represented by talented young German National team players Robin Benzing and Per Gunther. This season, Robin Benzing was voted by fans into the starting lineup for the South All Star team. After leading the all star voting in 2009-2010 and being voted into the starting lineup last season, Robin looks forward to a strong All Star weekend after being voted an All Star starter for the second year in a row. While Per Gunther was voted into the starting lineup last season by fans, this year Per was nominated by the brose Baskets Bamberg head coach Chris Fleming and will play in his second consecutive All Star game. Prior to the Bundesliga All Star game, the NBBL (youth Bundesliga) will hold their All Star game at 3pm. representing ratiopharm Ulm, talented young prospect Andreas Wenzl will play in the NBBL All Star game while ratiopharm Ulm head NBBL coach Rainer Bauer will be a coach for the South team.
