Joining ratiopharm Ulm for his rookie season is 16 year old guard Benni Gulde, a top prospect among German youth basketball.  The Oberelchingen native comes to Ulm from the successful Urspring School basketball program and plays with a double lisence as a non professional.  Benni is a German Youth National team member and is rated as one of the top young guards in Germany.  While with Urspring School, Benni won multiple German championships and was named top defender at the DBB Summer basketball camp for top youth players.  Practicing with the Ulm team, Gulde has shown excellent ability and tremendous potential as he challenges himself against older, more experienced and more physically mature players.  Off the floor, Benni attends high school in Ulm and enjoys time with family.  He has already impressed Ulm coaches and staff with his talent and ability as he shines with promise for the future.
