Team Page > Kenny Price

Joining ratiopharm Ulm this season is highly rated shooting guard Kenny Price.  Brought in to upgrade the teams perimeter shooting, Kenny is expected to be one of the best three point threats in German basketball.  A 6'4 combo guard, Price has the athleticism, versatility and skills to make him a star performer for Ulm.  Not simply a one dimensional shooter, Kenny can rebound or even play the point.  Price played his college basketball at WestArk Junior College before transfering to the University of Colorado.  While with the Buffalo's, Kenny set Big 12 Conference three point shooting records in percentage and makes per game.  As a junior with Colorado, Kenny earned Big 12 Newcomer of the Year honors for a season shooting 42% from three making 3.3 three pointers a game.   In a memorable game, Kenny lit up the University of Texas in the Big 12 Tournament sinking 9 three point shots from all over the floor.  After graduation, the Springfield, Missouri native, played with the Big 12 touring all star team that played games in Europe.  Following a brief stint in Mexico, Kenny signed with KTP in Finland for a season before moving to Kouvot for his second season in Finland's first division.  Kenny will add an explosive three point threat to the Ulm offensive attack and his size brings a bigger wing to the teams rotation.  Kenny and his wife Cheryell (a St Louis, Missouri native) live in Ulm.  Strong in Christian faith, both Kenny and Cheryell minister to youths  and college students in Missouri.
