| Antonis Sivorotka comes to ratiopharm Ulm after spending last season as a prospect with Bundesliga team Ludwigsburg. The 20yr old 6'7 forward has a versatile set of skills and an excellent basketball body. Although he picked up the game late at age 15, Antonis has been regarded as one of the top youth basketball prospects in Germany and was invited for special practices with Mavericks and German National team star Dirk Nowitzki in Dallas several seasons ago. Last year, Sivorotka suffered a knee injury that slowed his progress, but since joining Ulm Antonis has demonstrated nearly a complete recovery. Still learning the game, Antonis has been taken under the wing of Ulm center Maksym Shtein who devotes much attention to helping his young protege along the path of development. Sivorotka will play with a double lisence for ratiopharm Ulm as a reserve forward and for farm team Neu Ulm in the starting lineup.
