Ulm General Manager Thomas Stoll, the man behind the "Mission", has earned his reputation as one of the best basketball men in Germany over years of involvment in the game.  A Medical Doctor by profession, Stoll was an outstanding youth coach in both Ulm and Oberelchingen and remains one of the most well connected basketball men in Germany.  After choosing to pusruse his medical profession by attending medical school at the University of Miami in the USA, Thomas developed his successful Praxis in Ulm.  Taking control as GM for ratiopharm Ulm after the team was relegated from the Bundesliga, 4 seasons ago, Stoll has slowly built the team on and off the floor with quality and responsibility.  An outstanding eye for talent, Stoll is known as an excellent recruiter with many former Ulm players brought in by Thomas moving on to bigger and better jobs.  This summer, with his head coach Mike Taylor working as an assistant with the Kansas Cagerz in the USBL, Thomas and Financial Manager Andreas Oettel traveled to New York City in an effort to recruit for this season.  A hardworking GM, Stoll also knows how to create a first class situation for his players and staff providing what they need to be successful.  Passionate about basketball, no manager in Germany works harder or is more committed to the betterment of the game in their area than Ulm's GM.  Thomas and wife Alexandra reside in Thalfingen with son Marius, daughter Kara and newborn Linus.
